Verizon Agent Messed up Big Time

Last week I called Verizon to order the new wireless set top box and new router. The agent who took the order over the phone messed up the entire order and did not send me the new wireless set top box. He rebundled my entire TV package, sent a new router and the chat agent claims there is no record of a wireless set top box being ordered. I am furious. Since the calls are monitored for quality control they should have a record of this entire conversation. If Verizon does not make this situation right, I will cancel my entire Verizon Fios and Wireless service across the board. I am so tired of their incompetent agents they have on the phone who take orders and then mess up the entire process. He sent me a new router and not the wireless set top box which we discussed over the phone. Does anyone have a direct number to reach a top supervisor I can speak to about this mess? I am so aggravated.
