Verizon - How long does it take to correct a TV issue? Answer - Forever they don't care about you

I have been experiencing pixilation issue for a long time and the only thing Verizon say is "it will be correct by "Enter the Day of choice" at 8:00pm", and never gets corrected.

Will be talking to to cable company tomorrow.

BTW the video light on the ONT has been red, but they you can never get to a person to tell them
