Is there a way to eliminate the turorial channels? Something like removing them or blocking them. Every time I change the channel and pass by them,the TV tends to "hang" on them for 30 seconds or so, very annoying.

You can set up a favorites list.
I am not looking to create a favorites list but rather "delete or remove" those channels.
Very annoying that Verizon forces the customer to constantly "stop" on the tutorial channels.
How can i delete them from the entire line-up of channels.

There is no way to just delete them. You can use a favorites list and thats about it.
