Watching Land of the Dead tonight on AMC and a quick white banner jumps on and off the bottom of the screen. But I caught a few words of the text. Anyone else catch it say, "Verizon being dropped by AMC" or something similar....???
I don't think we were meant to see it but I did. It lasted only 2-3 secs and was yanked fast! Are we going to be held hostage now too? I dropped Optimum because of nonsense like this. Nothing worse than the providers and networks forcing the viewers to do their dirty work for them while screwing us out of what we pay for.

Why on earth would you drop AMC?? Drop MTV or VH1.....any other of the dozens of crap channels!! Please keep AMC on, I would hate tdroop Verizon due to stupid choices. There are very few channels with quality programming, cable is not worth the money as is without you dropping good channels.
Verizon, If you think about dropping AMC ..I will IMMEDIATELY drop Verizon. I pay Verizon 200 Dollars a month for Internet, Cable and Phone. ANC is the ONLY channnel that I always watch! I can save a whole bunch of money and do better with Sprint Cell Phone, and Comcast Cable. The TV and Cable shows are mostly trash. AMC is the best!

DO NOT DROP The AMC channel, if Verizon drops channel will go to Time Warner Cable
If Verizon drops AMC I will definitely drop Verizon and go with a carrier that has AMC. The Walking Dead is that good of a show and I really could care less which provider I get it through. Be smart Verizon, keep AMC. I am one of at least 5 million viewers. Do you really want to lose that many viewers?
I sincerely hope you dont remove AMC from our channel list! That is unfair and poor business. There is a lot of great programming on AMC and as a customer I demand that you do not remove AMC. KEEP AMC ON!
Just wanted to add my two cents as well - We are two months into a 2 year contract and if AMC is dropped we will cancel regardless of any early termination fee's.
AMC is really the only channel we seriously watch these days.

I agree with everyone, we had an agreement with Verizon, and we pay allot just to watch tv, this channel was apart of our package as well, so you drop this channel and we will also DROP YOU! So sick of this stuff, really, we should not be even asking, Optimum didn't pay there bills and dropped channels what is Verizon's excuse, this doesn't fly with me not one bit, I will not be bundling no time soon and will drop ASAP if you drop this channel all bets and agreements will be a no go!
Why are you guys doing this to us, unbelievable!!! We will drop you like the other cable provider we had, and allot of my friends and family will drop you too!
Don't even think of dropping AMC, it's one of a few worth watching. Drop MTV or any and all of the shopping networks. Again, don't even think of dropping AMC.

I have been a Verizon Fios customer for over 5 years. If you drop AMC, I will drop Fios and switch to a provider that carries it.
The main reason I switch from Dish Network to Verizon is because they dropped AMC. The minute Verizon drops AMC is the minute I will cancel all my services regardless of penalties cable, internet, and home phone. AMC has most of the hit TV dramas young adults like my self are into, dropping this channel from your line would be a mistake. As a side note Dish Network recently put AMC back on their line up and I believe its because of customer complaints combine with contract cancellations.
Our familys has many shows that we enjoy watching on AMC. Please don't drop it. A couple months ago I resigned with Verizon because you carry AMC.
OMG VERIZON, don't jump, your life is worth living, it will get better, I mean seriously KEEP AMC. Hell i bet half of verizons employees would leave verizons service and go with dish or brighthouse just to keep AMC. Now I know alot of Channels had problems with brighthouse due to them charging customers for channels that were supposed to be free, but don't tell me verizon is doing the same thing? if so, I want my money back.....
Do NOT be like all the others and be dumb by not carring AMC. If you drop AMC then you will see my accout moving to ATT or any one who has AMC.
