My Verizon stream TV and remote recently got an update that messed up my volume regulation.
Before I was able to control the device's internal volume through the + and - buttons on the remote, now after the update it keeps regulating the TV volume which I don't want since my TV has an audio optical cable and does not respond to volume changes. The only way I found is to change the volume device using the vocal commands which is of course very unpleasant to do. Even through the remote iOS app I am unable to change the volume.
Does someone have a similar problem/knows a way?
