I been a customer for years with Verizon and noticed Verizon have a way to lie to customers they promised me a 200 gift card but had to renew my plan in order it’s been months and the gift card they send me had no status I been contacting with no results I never got the gift card they lie and as a customer with Verizon for years they need to do better then lie

Since December since months they have told me they created a ticket they will contact me and till today I have no received a answer
