Any one else out there having the same issues that movies &/or TV shows are not updating as they're supposed to? Contacted technical support and was advised that there are issues in the CO that are affecting the VOD updates and there is no timeframe for a resolution.
It's not updating in the New York City area either. I'm really starting to get annoyed. I've had Fios for about 3 months now and there always seems to be a problem with something. I called Customer Service about the On Demand issue and I was told it's not their problem. They actually said it's not their problem. When people start cancelling their movie channels it will be their problem.
