Has anyone noticed how poorly Verizon manages it's Video On Demand offering? There constantly seems to be TV episodes missing and/or distored copies of epsidoes. Customer Service is useless in understanding the problem no less providing help. Has anyone had any sucess in getting missing espisodes added?

Content comes from providers.
I find they usually show up later.
BTW, I have seen similar issues on other providers.
