Verizon support for FIOS Video on Demand is TERRIBLE! I have been waiting for 1 month to get a problem resolved. Everytime I call the support line, I wait for a minimum of 20-30 minutes and then the problem deoes not get fixed. Assessment: TERRIBLE SUPPORT! {edited for privacy}
