Video on Demand movies

For some reason, I can't watch movies on Demand

I can watch trailers, music videos, and all other kinds of free stuff on Deamnd without a problem.

However, when i purchase a movie and play it, I just get a black screen, no picture nor sound.

If anyone can help me, I would really appreaciate it.
