I'm having lots of problems when I purchase movies on demand. I'm getting lots of pixelation and audio drop outs. My regular fios channels work fine. It's on demand that Im having issues with. Any suggestions?
Does it happen on all stbs?
If so, start at ont.
Check the tightness of all coax connections.
Can try resetting router.
If all else fails, contact support.
Note that all the current model Verizon DVR's have the option to be whole house DVRs. It is an additional cost, except for Quantum TV service(which is higher to start).
