Vod 153 error- on demand

New customer, ON Demand will not play ANYTHING. We try to purchase movies or even replay old stuff from the on demand section and keep getting the error message vod_153. Tried unplugging/resetting new router and set top box nothing works. What’s the deal?

That error code is for an outage. You need to give support a shout and let them know about the problem. You can use Twitter, the FB page or VZDirect on DSLreports.com.
