Why do I have all the channels in the Entertainment Package except WGN-America?  It won't let me add the channel either.

Is it included in the package?

If not, they don't allow you to add individual channels.

One of the downfalls of the packages.

Which entertainment package are you talking about?

This is what I am talking about.  I have the entertainment package but just not WGN - America.

When I tune into the channel I get this....

When I press the "B" button to subscribe, I get this.....

I leave it there for hours and nothing happens.

You'll have to call tech support. Your channel modules aren't set up in the system correctly.

This happened to me in the past with a channel. They had to fix it on their end.
