I have a new Apple MacBook Air Ventura 13.0 laptop. I am unable to watch Fios TV on my laptop. What setting(s) do I need to change? I am able to view on my Apple MacBook Pro.

Another contact with Verizon Tech Support resulted in them resetting my system. That did the trick.
I also discovered the screen size can not be minimized at all. you'll be able to view the guide, but once you hit the Watch Now button, it will return a blank white screen, if the screen is minimized at all.
And answering the other question, I was trying to access Fios TV on 1 device, the laptop.

What error message are you seeing? How many devices are you using to watch remotely? There is a limit of 2 devices at a time, and you have to register them on the home network.
