Are there any plans to switch from a one-way to two-way cable cards in the future? I use a Fios cablecard with a Tivo Roamio and lament the fact that I have to pay for a separate box to watch On-Demand programming. Comcast customers have had this feature available for the last 2 years!
Unfortunetly, I don't believe they have plans to do this. They want you to rent their own boxes.
Comcast uses a different technology for their vod.
Verizon uses IP via the internet.
