Why can't I add HBO?

I have tried to subscribe to HBO today through the tv, the phone number, and through the my verizon website. Every outlet refers me to the one before it. Is it impossible to add premium channels on the weekend?

no it should be quite easy and shouldn't give you the runaround do you have hbo yet or do you need some help getting it on there?
