SERIOUSLY FIOS, GO **bleep** YOURSELF. YOU BOUNCED ME AROUND TO 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, EACH TIME PLACING ME ON HOLD FOR NO LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AND STILL HAVE YET TO ANSWER MY QUESTION OR SOLVE ANY OF MY PROBLEMS. RUDE, INCOMPETENT, SERVICE REPS DID NOT HELP THE SITUATION EITHER.
