Why is Fox Sports Channel 1009 / 1010 Scheduled to Record?

We keep seeming to have a problem with our DVR (TiVos) that automatically set up to record on Channel 1009 and 1010 even though we do not subscribe to those channels or have ever paid for those channels.

We've removed those channels on our channel list.

We've power cycled off each DVR and STB on our system and it seems to reappear shortly thereafter.

Any help is appreciated.

Are they Tivos, or Fios boxes? Fios One or 1100 series boxes?

Did you look in Settings>DVR>Configure and upgrade? Try refresh device, look in> default series options for any reference to shows or channels, look at >default channels, make sure they are NOT listed. Also in the main DVR menu look at >Manage series recordings, and> Scheduled recordings. Remove any reference to shows or those channels.
