Willow not in HD (Channel 806)

Since you added Willow, I've become a big fan of cricket.  THANK YOU!!!

However, for the past day or so, Willow is not in HD (at least its not wide screen).

I just checked on my TV and it was in HD in wide screen.

May depend on the program you were watching.

Could be that Willow doesn't show all of their content in HD.

I checked it last night and it is NOT in HD widescreen.  Can we call someone to rectify this..?

Hard to say.

Everytime I check it is in widescreen for me.
Are you seeing bars on either side of the program?

Does it only happen on this channel?

When you tune to it does it say WillowHD in the upper right corner?

Here is a screen shot of Willow.  At least here in the DC area, it is in SD width. 

India is playng Australia and wide screen is an absolute must!

It says my STB model is 435B

It just started this 2 weeks ago and I'm in Silver Spring, MD

Update @ 8pm

The other night, I was working with Rohit (Sharma?) in support.  He couldn't find a problem, so he dispatched a technician to take a look.

The Tech just left.   Changed the ONT box.  Nothing.  Stll in SD mode even though the info bar says HD.  I wonder if it's the central office?
