Yes Network via mobile phone

I have watched Yankee games on my mobile phone previously.

Currently I get "Set-top box Only - This content is only available through your set-top box"

Is this a permanent change?  Or just for today? or an error?

Could be whoever the content provider is has decided to not allow streaming on the app any more. You should try removing and re-installing the app and see what happens. Also give billing a call and ask them about the situation.
