Your STB record cannot be found.

I'm trying to access the different DVR options from online, when it tells me 'Your STB record cannot be found.', and thus cannot go any further.

I've seen some 'magic' used that fixes this issue... and was wondering if i could get some? 🙂

I saw it a few days ago when I finally got around to merging my internet and tv accounts (only had access to the internet account for a while), and I managed to rename my STB. I checked into some of the features that were availabe, but didnt end up doing anything. Now when I go back to check I'm getting 'Your STB record cannot be found.'

Thanks for any help. Is there anything on my end I can do to prevent this from happening? Any quick fixes? (rebooting the stb didnt help, bt I thought I'd try.
