bad gateway

When I try to record a show from the internet for my DVR I get a message saying"bad gateway". Please help

Call support, they should be able to help. I recently had the exact problem and a support tech was able to correct this issue
with a little perseverance. Resetting my multi room DVR corrected this and a few other annoying problems that I had been experiencing. Good luck, hope this helps

I have contacted tech support about this very issue now for the past 2 weeks. Reset box, reset router, yada yada, nothing has worked.
I am about ready to cancel and go back to Direct TV.

So Verizon is sending me a new router. Will update once received. Very frustrating and they have closed my ticket without even waiting to see if it's fixed. URG!
