I need 2 set box tops replaced. One no longer works and the other does not work with our newer tv

Call 1-800-VERIZON or go to a physical Fios store in your locale. Google Verizon Fios corporate stores. Donโ€™t go to a authorized reseller, they cannot assist you.

For box that is inop call tech support.

For the box upgrade, it may depend.

If you have SD box and want to upgrade, try it via the website.
