cannot see my DVR - getting "response error" from Fios mobile app

hi,

I have my own modem in front of the vz actiontech (which i use as a switch only)

all works great- DVR is fully operational but I cannot see it from the vz site or the fios mobile app

any ideas how to fix this?

I run into this same issue running an Fios Mobile through an Android emulator on a Surface Pro 4.  Since Verizon refuses to release a Windows 10 app, this is the only way to partially use Fios Mobile on a Windows PC.

I assume you mean router not modem.

Unforutnately, remote access to DVR is best handled by using Verizon router to run the network.
There are a number of network configs that teh rotuer allows in order for remote control and access.
