How can you watch something that isn't there anymore? Do you mean your old DVR was taken back by Verizon or you moved it into another room? If' it's gone, naturally you can't access it.

Matcarl is correct, the dvr recordings would have been stored on the harddrive of your original dvr. If you returned the original dvr to Verizon the recordings are gone forever.

If you just added another DVR to your service and the recordings are comming from the wrong one. You can go to www.verizon.com/tv/web  sign in, and you can change which DVR is your HUB DVR. Or you can call Tech support and they can make the switch for you.

If you returned the other DVR, then like said above, they are gone.

I don't think that link works anymore spacedebris.  I use https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/signin.aspx  these days.

But where can you control which is your "hub" DVR?  I'm waiting for a QIP-7216 I returned to be removed from my account.  In the meantime I'd like to be able to set the new 7232 as the default box.

oops,  my error. Verizon keeps changing the links and I just cannot keep up any more Smiley Tongue Thanks for the correction.

Well the last time I was in there, (old link remember). When I clicked on the "My STBs" tab, there was an option under the dvr for "set as Home Media DVR". They may have changed that. I'll have to go and look when I get to my home computer.

Ok.  I looked again and on the Set Top Boxes page I don't see any way to organize them.
