Does anyone know if I have to order another receiver in order to use Eye TV 250 with a Mac? Without the receiver, I currently get a "no signal" message.

Verizon Fios is completely digital so you will need to get a set top box from Verizon. If you have a newer TV that has a Qam digital tuner, you can use that to pick up local SD/HD channels along with the audio music channels. All other channels are encrypted and need a stb.
