guide is not displaying

when I press guide a small screen of the current channel (PIP?) shows in upper right corner. I cannot get the guide to display properly, don't know what odd button combo I may have pressed that caused this.
help?

Unplug the Fios box from power, unplug the router from power. wait 3 minutes. Poser back up the router, wait for the router to stabilize, plug the Fios box back in. If all is not right, check all the coax connections, especially to the box and the router.

Try all of the suggestions that Clem offered.
If nothing seems to work, my suggestion would be to factory default the STB and start from scratch. 🙂
