on demand error

I tried to take advantage of the free flexview offer from verizon, but 10 minutes into my selection, the movie froze up and then stopped. A "network error" message appeared on the screen. Now when I go into my on demand library, it only gives me the option to resume the SD version of the movie even though I originally selected the HD version. If I want to watch the HD version I will now be charged $5.99. I have been on hold with tech support for a half hour and am about to give up.

Sorry to hear about the troubles with the On Demand rentals. Did you still need assistance with the On Demand not resuming the shows correctly? Please reply back if so that way we can help.
