I PAID MY PAST DUE BILL FOR MY SERVICES TO BE CUT BACK ON AND ONE OF MY BOXES NOT COMING ON. STILL SAYING PRESS OK. PRESS OK AND STILL COMES BACK TO THE SCREEN THAT I HAVE TO PRESS OK TO RESTORE.

Suggest you just call Verizon about your problem.  They need to troubleshoot it for you.

I have the same issue paid my restore fee and my dvr box works and my standard def box works but my HD box does not work and keeps saying press ok!!!!
