premium channel not working

hello on wednesday night i ordered starz and i am unable to view anything from starz on demand, last night i was on the phone with verizon for a total of 3 hours and nothing from troubleshooting was working they were wondering if maybe the channel was never added but im waiting to see a show and im also paying for this
