Today my family came home from vacation. While we were away, we were told there were power outages in our town, although not sure in our home. All of our boxes boot up and work fine except for a box that is outside the main house in our pool house. The pool house box will not work. I turned the power on and off (waiting 15 seconds); turned the router on and off (waiting 15 seconds) and no difference. It seems like the box is cycling, because it will go blank blink, then the power button will go on, then brighter along with the blionking light, then go off again. The TV is saying it is not receiving a signal from the HDMI line.

Sounds like the box has failed.
You can confirm by bringing it inside and putting it in place of a working box.
