signing in to verizon

Each time I attempt to sign, even though on previous sign in I checked remember and stay signed in, I get a message that the device is not recognized and must enter full user id, secret question and pass word. I was told by a verizon agent that I must never delete my browser history for this to work. Sounds unreasonable.

Have you tried mltiple browsers?
Tried clearing chace and cookies?
Sometimes they can get corrupted.
Clearing them will correct it.

Turns out to be the opposite of what you suggested. My original settings included deleting cache and cookies. I just unchecked those boxes and my verizon sign in data was remembered and I stayed signed in after restarting computer.
