starz on roku

i just tried to watch a movie on starz using roku. it said i had to call to upgrade my account. i subscribe  to starz . since when does starz have different levels of subscriptions.

I think it simply means one of several things. If you subscribe to Starz on your cable provider and sometimes have not used the ROKU app in sometime, you may have re reactivate the app.  This has happened to me. If you subscribe to Starz only through ROKU then perhaps their terms of service have changed or some alteration has been made.

yes that is what it was. i had turn it off then turn it back on.
