we have 2 tvs and one tv we can not get our service on. we were watching tv and it just stopped and it occured yesterday afternoon. we do not know how to fix it

Call 1-800-VERIZON
have them troubleshoot it with you.
You could just unplug the power to the box and see if that fixes the issue.
