having trouble with DVR's   have 2 and have problems

unable to locate hub/  

also when viewing recording states

reboot media client

have had set top dvr replace in both rooms.  

Still have problems

when watching recording 

pause

come back to resume

starts back over.

sick and tired of these things happening,

Will reboot be on phone for hours over the years and still no fix
