We rented My BIG Wedding Sunday evening and could not watch it because the picture broke up into pieces like pixels and had no sound. We tried again last night to watch it and again the same problem.
Please remove $5.99 rental fee from our bill as we did not attempt to view the video tonight.

This happens to me also.... CONSTANTLY. If Verizon is at all worried about their revenue stream via VOD then they need to permanently fix this issue. I'm not renting from them anymore until they do.
