I think Netflix is still preferable for most viewers, primarily because most of these channels alter the movies and eliminate picture information. Tthe only ones that don't are Showtime/The Movie Channel/Sundance. And IFC now has so many commercials and advertising banners splattered across the screen while watching a film. So Netflix (and external, non-FIOS OnDemand options like VuDu) are the only way we can see movies the way they were intended to be seen.
That said, FIOS does have a movie package that includes most of the channels you've listed, except for EPIX.. However, it might only be available with a bundle (such as Triple-Play). If it is still offered, a call to customer service should provide the additional information you'd need.

The more movie packages that you order, the bigger the discount. That already is in place.
I belive these prices are accurate, but its been awhile so dont hold me to the exact
movie package -- $13 (starz, encore, TMC, Showtime, IFC, Flix)
HBO -- $15
Max -- $15
Max/HBO combo -- $25
and if you order all 3 you get it all for $30
