Recently my family switched to the 5g Verizon wifi, while it wasn’t the fastest, I’m across the house from the router so I learned to deal with it.
However, yesterday it randomly disconnected simultaneously from my phone (a galaxy a52) and my playstation 4 system, and my iPad. It didn’t disconnect from the Roku upstairs, (right next to the router) so I thought it was just my distance and it would fix itself.
While my iPad returned to normal wifi working, neither my phone nor my ps4 are working with the wifi. My phone connects fine, but then says “connected without internet” no matter what I do. I’ve tried restarting phone, resetting network settings, the whole shebang. My ps4 was also “connected” but when I ran a network test on it, it did the same. Connected, obtained IP address, but no wifi connection. I reset all my settings on my ps4 to try and fix it but now it wont even connect back to the wifi like it was before. I have also taken both the system and my phone right next to the wifi and tried to no avail.
Does anyone know what might be going on here or what the solution would be?
