Accessory order

I shouldn't need to post this here but chat hasn't worked for days and I'm not calling, going through a maze of prompts, waiting on hold, etc. I ordered a Pop Socket on 10/17 and the so called "tracking" I was provided only shows that the order was shipped. Can someone please provide me real tracking info, like from UPS, Fedex or something so I can actually see where my order is currently? Here is the info:
