Gizmo screen not working

Gizmo watch app shows the watch is charged and on and has the latest update. Texts ring through on the watch (audio), but screen will not turn on.

We're sorry to hear that your Gizmo Watch screen isn't turning on. We want to help you figure out what's going on. Is there any damage to the watch or has it been submerged in water?
You can find some troubleshooting here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Just find your model Gizmo and click "Troubleshoot". After that, use the Blank or black display troubleshooting option.
