Gizmo watch won't text

I've looked at the threads on Gizmo watch not texting and haven't found a solution that works.  I deleted the Gizmo and re-paired it, created the contacts with permissions, and the watch still will only text with the first person who pairs with the watch to the exclusion of all others.  I have spent hours and hours on the chat with Verizon, and I still have no solution.  Any one else get this working another way besides deleting and re-pairing which isn't working for me?

You have taken great steps to get the Gizmo watch working as you need it to, laiyana . We found some information here . When you added the other contacts to the Gizmo, did you do so on the device itself or through the app?  -George
