Network Extende 5A error

Just received my new LTE network extender and can’t get it to work.  I am getting error 5A and have read that Verizon needs to add using my MAC.   I called Verizon support and they were no help and said I needed to contact Samsung. How do I get the right service rep at Verizon to add my device?
