I have a couple of 4g Extenders, ASK-SFE116 . I've discovered that one of them has maxed out capacity of 10 users. There are only 3 cells in my home. It must be connecting to neighbors phones and locking me out. Verizon said there is nothing I can do. I don't want to have to dial #48 every time I make a call. I can login and see how many devices are connected but unable to see each device or block a device. So far I've moved the location but the GPS is not as strong as the older 3g that has become obsolete and need to put it in a windows which limits it's physical location.
In my home I have very low, if any, signal and need the extenders. Otherwise the phones die searching constantly for signal. Wifi calling just doesn't do it. Wife is a Dr. so phone service is a must. No problems with the older ones for years. Now these newer ones are not as good. I need to two due to my home size/layout.
Any suggestions to be able to block unwanted phones?

Until the appropriate team fixes the My Verizon Devices web page, accessing the extenders for changing to Closed mode with an access list is not available. You can, however, adjust the signal level in the extenders' management page itself. The default is 100% and you can reduce that and possibly cause the signal NOT to reach some neighbors.

So far so good. Neighbors are thinking "why is my phone not working?'
