Watch out for Verizon Store in Elk Grove. The store has Verizon logo and name and doesn’t mention is an authorized retail. They are actually Victra. I went to the store to get a iPhone 14 for my daughter and order a iPhone 15 for myself. They will say you have to pay taxes and activate fee on the spot but end up is not activation fee. Is there setup fee and redux fee. Verizon will automatic bill the activation fee on your account. Also I don’t know why Verizon will let authorized retail to use their name. At lease say authorized retail after the Verizon logo so people will know. I been with Verizon around 20 years and now it make me want to move to att.
