I switched to Verizon at November 2023. Since then when I sign in for shopping or another something system gives error. Even I can't able to change my password. Now I try to buy something but again shows error page. I spoke with agent via chat but they also couldn't figure out. First they said your gift card balance is zero but later said no it's here but system also shows error to us too. After almost 45 minutes wait at the chat page I gave up. Still I have $400 gift card but couldn't buy even 1 simple think. Is this just about my account or it's common issue?!
