New customer here. I recently set up two new lines, ordered a couple of phones and two chargers, and am trading the old phones. The new phones were shipped along with ONE charger.
Customer service had no problem setting up an order to replace the charger that didn't get shipped. Then I get the email that I need to submit a photo of my drivers license to complete the order. I followed the link and submitted the required photo. About two hours later I get an email stating that "We weren't able to validate the above order with the information you've provided." and that the order was cancelled. That's it? No other correspondence?
I really don't care to spend another hour (or more) on the phone trying to resolve this issue. How else can I go about getting the missing charger shipped or getting a refund?
