I am about done with Verizon there customer service went to Horrible. Did a trade in for a iPad so took my old iPad into store. Sale man said wrong IMEI it was not wrong just missing some number because on Verizon site did not take all the number. Kid us sale man said you not done it online and come into for them to help me and make commission off my sale so lazy kid as sale man can make money. He did not want left a finger to help me. He was lazy and very rude. So I had to call Verizon again to figure this all out. I would never shop in that store.

Store manager should hold there employees responsible but Verizon does not do that.
