I am trying to sign up
for the free Apple Arcade subscription. I get as far as receiving the text link to the Apple Store for activation, but it just links to error message saying โCannot Connect.โ Has anyone else had this issue?

Stuck trying to sign up for that free Apple Arcade trial? You get a text with a link, but it just throws an error message saying "Cannot Connect"? Been there, done that! Here's how to get past this:
Restart your phone - sometimes that's all it takes! Update your App Store and Apple Arcade apps - updates can fix bugs. Check your internet connection - weak wifi or data can cause issues. If the link opens in a web page, try a different browser like Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.

I am experiencing the same issue. I click to get a text from Verizon to finish setting up the device I enrolled, but I do not get that text
