Hello I ordered a meta quest 3 on December 1st and it said it would ship on the 26th, however it never did and if I look at the tracking it says shipping December 2nd, so I called support and they said they put a ticket in for me this was on December 30th so my question is how long will it take for me to get my money back I have no email or anything saying it's being processed. How long before I should call again, kinda stressful dealing with this.
