Everytime I try to get tickets through MyAccess, they are taken within 0 seconds. I count down to zero and click it the minute it becomes available. They need to fix the bots that are being used to get all these deals. This is not fair when I wait hours down to minutes to seconds.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. It really does feel unfair when real users lose out to bots snatching tickets in milliseconds. MyAccess should definitely look into stronger anti-bot measures or queue systems to ensure everyone has a fair shot at getting deals.

You’re right — it’s frustrating. Try clearing cache, logging in a few minutes early, and refreshing right before release. Also report the issue to Verizon support so they can review the bot activity.

I completely agree — it’s so frustrating! I’ve had the exact same experience where tickets are gone the instant they’re released, even when I’m ready right on time. It definitely feels like bots are scooping everything up before real people even get a chance. My Access really needs to address this issue and make the process fair for everyone who genuinely waits and tries.
